For combined gallery and film packages, the gallery and each film get the rounds of their own package. A round is one list of changes sent together. Send all your notes for that round in one message so we can make them in one pass.

• Changes to the edit you received: warmer or cooler grade, a different crop, swapping images, trimming or reordering a scene, changing a title, moving a cut to the beat.
• Fixing anything that does not match your original brief.

• A different style or preset from the one in your brief.
• New or extra footage, another camera, or another part of the day.
• A different length of film or a different song after the cut is built to the first one.
• Changes after the included rounds are used.

We tell you before treating anything as a new brief, and quote it so you can decide.

Standard delivery is 7 business days. Rush delivers in 72 hours for 50% more. Rush is about the first delivery; when you send revisions on a Rush project, we tell you when to expect them.

If we cannot deliver a project, we refund it in full. If you are not happy with a delivery, tell us what is wrong and we fix it through your revision rounds first. If we still cannot get it right, write to hello@backstagepost.com and we will work out a fair answer with you.

The free trial is free, so there is nothing to refund, but add-ons you paid for on a trial follow the same rules. Full terms are on our terms of service page.
